02Who we are#
This Privacy Policy is issued by PT RAGAM KARYA DIGITAL (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company established in Indonesia with NIB 0110260061416, located in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia.
Mixstackrr App Studio is a brand of PT RAGAM KARYA DIGITAL. PT RAGAM KARYA DIGITAL is the data controller for the personal data processed through our website and apps.
03Scope#
This policy applies to mixstackrr.com and to all apps published by Mixstackrr App Studio on the web, on Google Play and on the App Store (together, the “Services”).
Section 5 adds details for each individual app. Where an app section is more specific than the general sections, the app section applies to that app.
04Information we collect#
Information you give us
When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message.
Hosting logs
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring page and the date and time of the request. These logs are used to keep the website secure and working.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser information, and how you arrived at our site. We use this information in aggregate and do not use it to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
05App-specific sections#
Each app has its own section with a permanent link, so its store listing can point straight to it, for example mixstackrr.com/privacy#alitimg.
5.1 AlitIMG
#alitimgYour images stay on your device. AlitIMG processes images directly in your browser. Your images are not uploaded to our servers, and we do not see, store or have access to them.
Processed files exist only in your browser’s memory until you download them or close the page. AlitIMG may store simple preferences, such as your chosen language, on your device.
The AlitIMG website may use hosting logs and analytics as described in Section 4. These never include the contents of your images.
5.2 Floating Clock
#floating-clockFloating Clock does not require an account. Your timers and stopwatch data are stored only on your device. The app uses the following Android permissions:
Floating Clock does not access your contacts, location, camera, microphone or files. When you download the app, Google Play may process data under Google’s own privacy policy.
5.3 Future apps
When we release a new app, we add a section here with its own link (for example #app-name), describing what it collects, which permissions it uses and why.
06How we use information#
We use the information described above to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Services;
- respond to your questions and support requests;
- understand how the Services are used, so we can improve them;
- keep the Services secure and prevent abuse;
- comply with our legal obligations.
07Third-party services#
We work with a small number of service providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
- Hosting provider: serves our website and web apps and keeps technical logs.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC): website usage statistics. Google Privacy Policy.
- Google Play (Google LLC): distribution of our Android apps and any purchases made in them.
- App Store (Apple Inc.): distribution of our iOS apps and any purchases made in them. Apple Privacy Policy.
- Email provider: receiving and answering messages sent to support@mixstackrr.com.
08Data retention#
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of our Google Analytics account, which we keep to the minimum we need. Data processed only on your device, such as images in AlitIMG, never reaches us.
09Your rights#
Under Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi), you have the right to:
- get information about how and why your personal data is processed;
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- correct or update inaccurate personal data;
- request that your personal data be deleted or destroyed;
- withdraw consent you have given;
- object to decisions based solely on automated processing;
- restrict or suspend processing;
- receive your personal data in a commonly used format;
- claim compensation for violations, as provided by law.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@mixstackrr.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If you live outside Indonesia, you may have similar rights under your local law.
10Children's privacy#
Our Services are not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Where the law requires it, children’s personal data is processed only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
11Changes to this policy#
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give additional notice on our website or in the relevant app.
