02Agreement to terms#
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of mixstackrr.com and all apps published by Mixstackrr App Studio on the web, Google Play and the App Store (together, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
03Who provides the services#
The Services are provided by PT RAGAM KARYA DIGITAL, a company established in Indonesia with NIB 0110260061416, located in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Indonesia (“we”, “us”, “our”). Mixstackrr App Studio is a brand of PT RAGAM KARYA DIGITAL.
04Use of our apps and website#
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms.
You may
- use the Services for their intended purpose;
- process your own files and content with our tools;
- share links to our website and apps.
You may not
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent any part of the Services;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where the law allows;
- use the Services for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent, or to infringe the rights of others;
- interfere with or disrupt the Services, their security or their servers;
- use automated means to access the Services in a way that places an unreasonable load on them.
05Purchases via Google Play and App Store#
Some apps may offer paid downloads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s terms and policies; purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s terms and policies, including their rules on billing, cancellations and refunds.
Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
06Intellectual property#
The Services and all related content, including the Mixstackrr and app names, logos, designs, text, graphics and software, are owned by PT RAGAM KARYA DIGITAL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use our brand, logos or trademarks without our written permission.
07User content#
Your files remain yours. Any images, files or other content you use with our Services remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Where an app processes content on your device (for example AlitIMG), we do not receive that content. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any content you process with our Services.
08Disclaimer#
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Please keep your own copies of important files.
09Limitation of liability#
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT RAGAM KARYA DIGITAL will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.
10Termination#
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the Services if you breach these Terms or if we need to do so to comply with the law. We may also change or discontinue any Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
11Governing law#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if that fails, it will be settled by the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country.
12App-specific terms#
Each app has its own section with a permanent link, for example mixstackrr.com/terms#alitimg. These add to the general Terms above.
12.1 AlitIMG
#alitimgAlitIMG is a free web tool. It processes images in your browser, and results depend on your device and browser. Always keep your original files. AlitIMG does not store copies of them for you.
AlitIMG is offered for lawful use only. Do not use it to process content you do not have the right to use.
12.2 Floating Clock
#floating-clockFloating Clock is an Android app distributed through Google Play. To show the clock above other apps, you need to grant the “Display over other apps” permission; you can revoke it at any time in Android settings.
Floating Clock is a convenience tool. Do not rely on it as the sole timer in situations where timing errors could cause harm or loss. Its accuracy can be affected by your device’s battery and system settings.
12.3 Future apps
When we release a new app, we add a section here with its own link (for example #app-name) for any terms specific to that app.
13Changes to these terms#
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change is significant, we will give additional notice on our website or in the relevant app. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
